A. You can sign up for either a (1) hour, (2) hour or (3) hour telephone consultation provided in separate sessions or all at once. In addition, you can sign up for our sales sounding board service on a retainer basis in monthly increments for a period of up to (1) year by agreement which gives you full access to The Sales Advisory Board (24) hours a day, (7) days a week, and (365) days a year. You can access us via telephone, email, text and instant message.

A. Typically, The Sales Advisory Board works with companies in transition who are in-between Sales Managers and require sales management help and expertise on a temporary or interim basis. We also work with start-ups and small to medium-sized companies who are too small for a full-time Sales Manager but who still require sales management assistance on a part-time or limited basis only. In our due diligence process, we will meet with you in person if applicable to evaluate your company, size of sales team, product offering and sales cycle among other things. Once we have a better understanding of your specific needs, we will then provide you with a very simple proposal for our Sales Management Outsourcing solution. Our goal is to help you maximize your sales and revenue opportunities for 60%-80% less than you would spend to hire a full-time Sales Manager. In fact, more often than not, we end up costing less than a part-time receptionist.
